Accessibility statement

Our commitment

We want every prospective and current tenant to be able to find a rental, pay rent, request repairs, and use our resources — regardless of ability. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, and where practical 2.2, at Level AA, the standard courts and regulators most commonly reference.

What we do

• Semantic, structured HTML with clear headings and landmarks so assistive technology can navigate the page.
• Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on links, buttons, and menus.
• Text labels for form fields, and clear error and confirmation messages.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons, with decorative graphics hidden from screen readers.
• Color combinations chosen to meet AA contrast minimums.
• Respect for the "reduce motion" setting, and a responsive layout that works across screen sizes and zoom levels.

Third-party tools

Some features rely on third-party services — for example, our resident portal and rental listings (AppFolio) and embedded maps. We do not control their code, but we choose providers that work toward accessibility and we will help you access the same information another way if you run into a barrier.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is continual work. We review the site as we update it and welcome feedback that helps us improve.
