Program description

PhillyBricks.com (Penn Treaty Properties) sends operational tenant text messages — account and property notifications, maintenance updates, rent and appointment reminders — to tenants who opt in. These messages are operational and transactional; we do not send marketing texts through this program.

How to opt in

You can opt in through our text alert sign-up by providing your mobile number and giving express consent. Consent is not a condition of tenancy.

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation and you will stop receiving messages from this program.
