Information we collect

Information you give us — such as your name, email address, mobile number, and property or unit address when you contact us, apply, or sign up for text alerts.
Tenant and account information — information related to your tenancy, payments, and maintenance requests, much of which is handled through our property-management system (AppFolio).
SMS opt-in records — when you consent to text messages, we keep a record of your consent, including the phone number, the exact consent language and version, and the date, time, IP address, and device/browser (user-agent) of your submission.
Information collected automatically — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard server logs and any analytics or cookies.

How we use your information

To provide and manage your tenancy and respond to your requests.
To send operational messages (including text messages you have opted in to) about your rental — account and property notifications, maintenance updates, and rent and appointment reminders.
To keep records required for legal, tax, and messaging-compliance purposes.
To operate, secure, and improve our website.

Mobile & SMS

Mobile opt-in and SMS consent: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
